Timani's deeply personal and impactful leadership has changed diversity and inclusion at McConnell Dowell. Judges noted Timani's advocacy for Pasifika communities, gender diversity and grassroots change – including found the Pasifika Working Group (TAPA) and driving tangible, systemic progress.
