Criteria
Entries are open to individuals, teams, firms or other groups
Work substantially completed in New Zealand
May include work by non-engineers
Work substantially completed or initiative developed between November 2018 and November 2020
Do not have to be Engineering New Zealand members
Judging Criteria
Opportunity/challenge – need for the initiative or significant step change within an organisation
Vision/strategy – recognition of the strategic value of diversity and inclusion and development of a vision that goes beyond a formulaic commitment to diversity
Design/delivery – how the diversity and inclusion programme or initiative was developed and implemented and how is it linked to the broader business strategy or organisation’s goals
Impact – how it has made a difference to the business, its people or the wider engineering community
